now, very rarely
When I was younger played 11's for a few teams.
Used to play five a side about 3-4 times a week, some in a league and some for fun..But not anymore I miss it...

Monday - 5 a side for 90 mins
Thursday - Team training for about an hour
Sunday - Team training - 2 hours.
I'm going to start going for short jogs(probably an hour or so) on Tuesday and Friday. Nothing major, just want to keep the stamina up.

only reason why i ask is because I want to start running myself. Nothing major just trying to get a bit fitter before the start of the season.
I'd have no way of measuring how far I've run anyway
