I keep getting cut off every two minutes or just wont let me on at all . I spoke to a indian guy on technical support at 50p a min for 30 minutes and got no where. can anyone shed any light on the situation?

Cheers. Also i have noticed that when i go to connect and the box pops up with my username and password, the password is longer than my actual password but yet still works. How do i delete all saved passwords off my pc?
