past my 1st 12 months, havnt bothered upgrading handset, rang up to cancel today, but there system was down  . Am i right in thinking i just give them 30 days notice then its canceled and thats end off, as in no cut off charges etc?

i always ring em on 11th month so the 12month is last.
Yeh thats it then mate, no charges etc

cheers mate, double checked already got the address to send the letter to, still need to ring them for the damn ref number to put on the letter though, grrr

hazarr tell them you want to go to payt, dont need to send a letter in or anything, contrac gets cancled in less than 30 days.
they just send you a payt sim card out you ring up and register, no charges and your contract is effectively ended.
