Bigger brakes? Astra 16v discs & calipers + braided lines? EDIT, I'm now thinking the astra GTE and corsa sport brakes are the same diameter - 256mm?
or a Mantzel copy

What sort of comment is that?! Surely you should upgrade the stopping power and suspension before adding more power.
Bigger brakes are a good way to a faster car.

Yeah i would do the breaks b4 more power, i dont like the idea of praying when i wanna stop

The standard brakes will hack it TBH. I run standards for a while after i put my Mantzel on.
Then you can upgrade to a 2 litre setup. It shouldn't cost too much to do.
