im on up to 8 meg but only getting 3.5. Still better than 1meg which is all the line could support before

Pity I didn't see this from work, I could have clicked the "More" option and posted from a 2.4Gbps optical fibre link!
However, I'm reading it from home, where I'm on a nice 2Mbps connection, clean/unshaped/unlimited!

8mb/1mb with a 50GB quota per month, otherwise completely unrestricted - and they make a mistake month after month of giving us 100GB quota
