I did have ms antispyware but now its expired and it wont let me get the new one as it says my windows is not legit 
Any recommendations on anything, free if possible, as my computer has slowed down to snail pace and keep getting pop ups

I'm using AVG Free, Spyware Doctor, SpywareBlaster, Zone Alarm and PC Tools Antivirus
all were free on the internet

I use Zone Alarm (Firewall) and AVG (Anti-Virus), both a legitimate free downloads.
I used to use Norton but got hacked off with it using 99% CPU for a few sconds at a time at random intervals.
Loving ZA and AVG now and would recommend them to anyone.
