nope, rules for peno are the ball has to travel forward, and it did, arsenals ref got wrong

No word of a lie but in my 26 leagues below the prem league, a ref made an opposition side take pen 3 times... once for takling afore the whistle... once for encroachemtn!

scored 1st 2, missed third but score donn rebound

We also had a player sent off for 'assault' as he threw some mud of his boots and it happened in the close vicinity of the ref

Hes still banned for that one, happened last Dec
