down from 1040kg as standard, to 960kg

how can i loose more?

get rid of the glass for plexi stuff?
light weight alloys?

the windscreen will be a heavy thing, can you get that and the side windows plexi glassed?

think windscreen has to stay glass, workin on fronts and rearscreen at the mo

what engine is that?

i had mine weighed as a 1.4, with all the EGR and SAI stuff still on it, 2 seats, and a stereo, and it was 900kg dead.

and a whole dash, and a full tank.

i managed to get another 40kg out of it before taking the dash out.

i have half dash, 1 seat, removed SAI, battery in boot, no stereo, no sound deadening...

looks from the pics you still have the rear seat mountings, get rid of those. then theres things such as the door bars, crash bars, uneeded wiring.

You could also cut away the inside of the boot pannel and random bits from the doors

I would also get it weighed elsewhere.
But no matter how little it weighs in my eyes it will always look bloody gash with that rear bumper like that!

no stereo in it anyway!

takin all heating elements out soon

just passed its mot, and according the the VOSA sheet on the wall, a standard gsi weighs 1100kg, so ive lost 140kg!

nah, its the slider for the heater, headunit was the big gap underneath

poly carb windows dont weight much less its the fact it llows you to gut the doors

take the fogs out, wiring and also remove the leccy windows for some manual windows.

Oh and that rear bumper is gash

What have you been using to cut holes like that? one of those spinney drill bits?

yea i know... hunting for another white bumper near me!

used a 75mm holesaw, so technical, yea, one of those spinney drill bits!
