okay got bored to day (off sick from work) so ended up looking into superchargering the corsa, searched all on here, found out mini supercharger looks to big, and the best on is a rotrex C30/64 or C30/74 but not cheapest! (second hand of course!)
which would have to attached/fitted some how where A/C compresser usually is and hopefully a aux belt wouldn't be to hard to fit, would have to use a intercooler, samco style piping, which would fit to the home made powerbox (mantzel style) with v6 tb. Have to invest in a unichip, question is will the standard injector cope (can the unichip be reprogramed to different injectors?) and how much boost can the engine take safely with out any mods and what else is needed?
i no karen has had a converted car, anyone else with experince?

an X16XE runs far too high compression to cope with forced induction without low compression pistons, it'll just melt.
if you want to do it, you'll need
Pistons
PROPER management, not a unichip.
Supercharger
intercooler of some sort
pipework
a different set of cams as the valve opening and lift will need to be different for a supercharged engine.
Injectors wont cope, so you'll need 20XE or LET ones really, or something similar.
brackets
headwork, to cope with the increased airflow
oil cooler.
not worth the money.
