i have a complete c20xe with f16 g/box fitted and ecu

i have sold the loom and full m-tec kit b4 any1 asks

the engine will need a sfi box or power cap and pipe with air fitter as they are sold too

this is a v v mint engine and there is no smoke from it or idle play on tick over as like i said it is v v mint

as it cost me £400 in parts for service parts which inc
spark plugs
every filtters
every gasket inc head and sump
cambelt & kit
alternater belt
dizzy
pipes
water pump

there is more but cant think of them at the moment sorry ppl

i will also give you my
1.7d rad (alot better to keep the engine cool)
oil cooler (a must for these engines)
the f16 g/box (theres no play in the gears mint)
every pipe
coil
coolent bottle

after a quick sale and collection only unless you sort out for it to be collected but engine must be paid in full 1st

£400

No mention of rings/mains/shells etc.

That is not a rebuild in my eyes, just a brief freshen up at most!

I've heard/seen this engine running and its absolutely mint (no knocks, clunks, bangs, smoke) and very good idle, rev needle didnt move at all on idle.

thats your problem.. add the fact its to expensive. no way should those bits cost £500 unless you paid retail price from vaux.

they was gm parts and the price was also them doing the work on the engine looms can be picked up for £10-£20 on migweb or ebay all the time

i'd spend £50 on the bits the engine needs to finish it off to make it complete, then TRY for £500, sadly i think you'll get the same response (bit like buying a corsa xe with no motor!). good luck with the sale.
