not the arcady crap of test drive or project gotham etc.. check these vids out

just about everything in this game plays apart of handling on the car, apart from body damage.. thats not implamented yet...

its for the PC, it will probably never be released on console..

there are a couple problems with it... well i wouldnt say problems but ya know..

this game is not fully developed.. there are still things needed to be worked on. sound is 1.. and graphics as the latter..

the sound at the moment is made from the engine spec which the developers make so they cant alter the sounds as yet.

the graphics are just dx8 atm.

you can download the demo but it costs you £12 to unlock S1 (first installment) and a further £12 to unlock S2 (latest installent)

all these vids were taken using S2

S stands for Stage if u are wondering.. its a 3 stage game

£24 for this game is WELL worth it

It's probably worth paying for S2, aswell, if you're going to play it, as there seem to be a lot of idiots on the free demo-servers.

Another useful piece of software to get is called Analyse For Speed, it's on the main website. It lets you use the in-game telemetry (save a replay, watch it, and output lap data from the menu before you start the fast lap) to check where you're fast and where you're not......you can compare up to 5 different replays at a time, from memory.

People who'll try to ban you when they try to use you as a brake by going into the corner 50mph too fast, and they end up spinning off because of their own mistake; or people who expect everyone to be within 0.5 seconds of the world-record for the demo-track, and ban you for braking more than they do into a corner when you don't know the track.

Oh, and out of interest, what's everyone's best laptime so far, on the demo-track?

I'm quite liking Analyse For Speed, though, and seeing how the telemetry outputted from replays can be analysed in it, to compare various laps...

I don't suppose you could upload a fast-lap SPR file somewhere, if you save a hotlap to file? Just so I can see where you're much faster than me on a lap...
