The car runs fine when on, but when you first start it, i have to do it twice, start car, stop then start and it's fine.

turn off and start and it's fine again, but if i leave it for like 10 mins, i have to start it twice again.

any ideas, might try changing the fuel reg. i think it's the fuel pressure going low when off.

could be fuel pump or pump relay. it shud prime the system when you turn the ignition on. you can normally hear it???

just change the pump and relay, yer i understand it's meant to prime the system before start up, but i dont here anything.

how do i sort the one way valve matt, or vapour lock?

if it was vapour lock, would it not disapear after a run in the car?
