York down in 8th after yesterdays matches and Altrincham down to 15th. A win will see York up to 4th or 5th, theres only a few points seperating the top 8. York have a few loan signings at the moment and the team is more than capable of getting a win. Will be off to watch, I actually get quite in to it when I watch them play!

York City 1-0 Altrincham

Attendance 2726 175 away fans.

Fairly dismal first half with York making some sloppy defending, neither team really looked like scoring though. Second half and god knows what was said to York but they played brilliantly and Clayton Donaldson scored an awesome goal 2 minutes in. There on in York just kept attcking and should of really scored 3. Good result though and they're up in to 5th and Altrincham are still 15th.

Frank Sidebottom was there handing out chocy bars too! Hes an Altrincham fan adn had a stand up set in the social club!

. First half was abysmal, pretty much nothing happened, thank god we woke up in the second half! Clayton Donaldson was awesome today and his goal was first class not sure how he sqeezed it in from that angle. Their keeper made a few good saves but ill take 1-0 and 3 points
