ok looking into renting a small unit for over the winter. prolly longer to work on cars etc etc
anyone know of place to start looking?
needs to have power and running water close by (clearlly for brews lol)
lookint at around the 200 pcm mark

remember to budget for the local authority rates as well.
on industrial units there are rates to pay (kind of like council tax)

tbh not looking for anything like on an industrial estates. just a farm building or something similar like that?
is not for a business. just somewhere secure to store bits and work on cars

me and a mate just got a garage. but its too small really. good for storage and only £40pcm so worth it just for that. just not enough space inside to work on cars really
especially with stuff being stored in there

buy a shed and assemble it on your property..job done. you can get ones big these days, or make one yourself?

yup but my bro has worked for them for the past 3 harvests so we get it rent free but we are getting a new huge 2 storey barn which we will pay for but not much!

Sounds like a quality idea. I've never thought about renting a garage, seems like a plan, my dad and bro dominate ours!!!! 2 mechanics and 1 office boy, they alway bloody win!!!!
