Hey, please dont post if your going to say they look crap etc...
Basically I have corsa b specific lambo door conversion hinges here and they are suposed to "bolt on" yet every bodyshop around me have no clue how to do it as corsa hinges dont bolt on??
The cutting of my wings etc is no problem but just nobody really has much clue how to fasten the damn things on??
Anybody know???

i know lsd door kits are tuv approved and have full instruction plus a phone number to help you aswell

I guess you'll just have to assemble the door, then offer it up and mark out where the hinges should go..

Corsa door hinges are welded on so cutting and drilling will probably be required....

Yea, well annoying! I think it might be quite a difficult job to get them on. I know bodyshops charge loads to fit them!

i am too. got bodyshop fittin em now for £200 wohoo. your loss!! got a great guide on mig to fittin them not difficult really. i asked how they fitted as i didnt know but now i do its not hard. still evade you?

i would have thought that the hinge would have bolted to ur oringal hinge using the original pin and then bolted to the door with another pin??
