I did this and was a big mistake my wheels where 7 inch offset 38 and went to offset 42 the wheel start to hit the shock !

a local engineering company should be able to do this no problems. i spoke to my local place (j w engineering) and they sed aslong as i supply them with just the rims (no tyres) then i would of been looking at about £50 to get all 4 of them machined

i've had it done at a local dude... £40 for 4 wheels
