is it worth getting a reworked courtenay throttle body for a 16xe
do they add any power or have any benifit

pointless unless you have other mods. i.e mantzel, remap etc...

aye well i've the inlet outlet already and i'll be getting the remap and veriners we were talkin bout yesterday after crimbo so would it be wortwhile getting them before the map so they are takin into account wen mapping

The courtenay one is a bit expensive.

aye like a 18 eco body or similar cuz i think the only diffrence is they have been flowed and a bigger butterfly put in compered to a normal 16 one

I had one on my mantzel setup. just take the tb to a machine shop and the will bore it out for you and make a larger butterfly for less than £50

cant remember, not much though.

its a bit of a pointless mod really as the standard inlet size is fine for the power you would get from a mantzel. the biggest restriction is the lower part of the inlet.
