Right, haven't been on here for a while but its good to see there is finally a house day
I've had the flat for 2 1/2 months. So far I have
Gutted the place, kitchen out, bathroom out.
Removed bad plater and drylined the three bad walls.
Whole Flat has been plastered.
Electrics and new fuseboard fitted. Power shower cable fitted. All Certified
Old gas heaters removed, and wholes all bricked up.
All new sash cords and weights on sash windows fitted. New sash window fitted in lounge.
Left to do:
New bathroom to fit including tiling and power shower.
New Kitchen
Gas Central Heating including gas fire in lounge with fireplace
New Carpets throughout
Paint everywhere
New sockets and switches throughout
Then I can move in! I'll get some pics up soon

Ali the kitchen is quite big for a flat. Got a dining table going in.
Surprising how long eveything takes! Only manage to see the lads twice a week now and don't see the gilfriend as much.
Can't wait to get the place done. Put Sky sports on and crack open a beer!
Hows your hosue going Ali?

Sorry Alex i didnt see that!
Ours is coming along Ok, im hoping to paint the bathroom at some point this week and grout the floor tiles so at least its done then!
We had bedroom and living room doors fitted a while back, just waiting for our friend to come up and finish the others now when he gets chance, then they all need to be painted and finished.
Frame and doors for built in wardrobe have gone up, need to add end pieces and additional shelving inside wardrobe, and 2 wide shelves on other side of bedroom, gloss radiator, new light fitting
second bedrooms boiler needs boxing off, new radiator, blind needs fitting
study, needs blind, new light fitting
hallways needs repainting and leccy boxed off properly, new light fitting and id like mirror/photos put up in there
kitchen - skirting to be done on left hand side, blind needs to go up, pipework boxed off
living/dining room - blinds to be fitted on both windows, fireplace lip to be retiled
plus everyrooms skirting needs reglossing, and i also have to tidy up the paintwork jst underneath the coving. So got one hell of a long way to go, its hard remembering it was a hundred times worse when we moved in, but i will make a piccy thread soon - u need to get some pics up as well!
