Chris A's bike rips!

I have only ever owned a CR80 a few years ago, and the biggest I had ever riden was a RM125... Until Chrissy got that mentalist thing, and now I can safely say the newer 250cc bikes tear it up!!

i had one, but sold it for money for my porker.
was in southeast championship, but was a bit pants cos racing is so hard compared to just thrashing it around a field, loved every minute though
sure i get another in the future

Following on from what I wrote in Beardy's post....

This is my 250 when i brought it...

And oh course it had to be modified

But if you really want to scare yourself....

A TRiZ 250 (a trike with a Motocross bike engine)

Only problem is their not too stable.... as I found out

Neil

I went from kx60 - kx80 - kx100 in the schoolboy ranks

I then bought Carl Nunns practice bike in 2000 and raced the eastern centre youth novice, untill at wildtracks some plank overshot the table top and landed on me.

Rebuilt myself and the bike to the Chapparel Mcgrath design. It already had pro taper bars, talon rims and hubs, boyeson valve, stan stephens tuned engine, ohlins suspension and it was a perfect immaculate bike.

I sold that a few years back, briefly rode a yz426 untill i again scared myself silly and had a big crash

Sold that and moved onto cars!

Missus little brother has just got a yz85, i had a play on that last week on the farm and loved the fact its not much smaller than a 125 and goes well! Was amazed how soon it all came back to me!

Next year hope to purchase a yzf250 for a play around if funds allow

But ive still got the Montesa 350 for messing around in the wood
