Calibra or Cav 4x4 is your best bet.
Are you serious about this?
In theory, it's on the same level as building a kitcar in my experience, there's a LOT of fabrication. There are also a few people to have done this, but not in a Corsa.

not worth the hassle, money, time to be honest. Buy something 4x4 out of the box

Unless you have lots of the above and like a challange.

Sounds like a fun project though. Wouldn't mind giving it a go.

Maybe you could use the 4 Motion stuff from a Golf as they are a bit shorter than a Cally and Cav. Also, thier 4x4 system is a bit more reliable as you can get hold of a setup which isn't likely to be q bit dead...

This assumes you can find a scrapped one if you want the bits.

This is a huge job though.

I was thinking about it in a few years i could get all my mates together and have a bash, would be awesome, it is definately worth it, people put cosworth engines and 4x4 on fiesta's so why not, Then i thought why not put another engine in the boot, then my imagination ran away!!!! None of it will happen in the near future so i'm gonna stop dreaming.
