both sets are -40mm drop

1) 30 VA 21 these are use with standard shocks
2) 40 VA 21 these are for use with uprated dampers

£25 a set, gimme a yell

or could swap for a set of -60mm rears as that is what i'm after

it's quite comfy mate not to hard 100% better than oem, the arch sits just above the tyre with no catching when fully loaded but my rims are 15's not sure if you have bigger rims
