hey guys want my dash flocked but would like some info on it if anyone can help.

will it last (read somewhere it evaporates over time) is this true??
peeling off?? is this a common trait or down to poor application etc??
how much??

Yeah it was me who said it evapourates. And that is very true! Its really depending on how much you use your heaters in your car.

wouls trimming be a better option??? in the long term. dont want to have my dash in and out all the time...

There is a calculator somewhere so you will know how long it will take to evapourate. But trimming may be and option.

so if u get ur dash properly flocked electrostatically itll be ok and not evaporate or peel off then??

Really really want it done but dont want it to have to be redone etc etc etc

Surely you know roughly that flocking is little particles off stuff stuck to a dash? And only a liquid evapourates....

waaaaahaha.....
flocking should be fine if its not abused...if you have a mrs who always puts her feet on your dash it'll probly wear off.....otherwise it should be fine

think from wot i can gather for a corsa size dash ud be talking around 100 quid. shes puts her feet on my dash ill kill her
