need to sort out the plumping i think. Spike to about 1.18bar when set for around 1.0bar.....

Think its to do with the length of the hose ..... take too long to react to boost changes maybe :/

make sure the solenoid is mounted somewhere solid... with rubber grommet/washer.

With my my G-Reddy controller as the solenoid was cable tied on, it had a tendency to move around when the car went over bumps etc... and it would spike for no apparent reason if I was on boost.

Discovered that if we mounted the solenoid to a bracket in the engine bay, and used a little rubber washer to act as a shock absorber - it cured it!!

nah.... its not spiking like that... once its boosting its solid, its just when you hoof it at any decent rev's (say 5k up) it'll spike then settle

sounds like you need to fine tune the controller settings dude

play with the gain and set gain untill it holds the required boost...?

unless you have masses of pipework between solenoid and actuator then I cant see that piping being a problem?

can you not pick like the apexi can to speed the reaction of the solenoid up? quicker it reacts less likely it is to overboost too high?
