what has to be done to fit arp bolts

i hear the caps have to be counter sunk?
and what torque settings do i use? vauxhall torque figures?
and whats the lubritcan for?
anything else i need to no?

fort id ask, so next time im off to my dads (to fit them) iv got everything i need
