christ it looks like a streetwise!!
I think by the looks of the picture its made to look higher due to the slight hill. Am i right?
If you want it very low on the back get some coilovers, lowering springs tend to leave the back sitting abit high.

heres a quicky, its not exactly 60mm, id say more 80x 50mm...but its lower.
