i listed a few car parts lastnight which have gone up ok, then i put up a few bike parts, went through the process as normal then said they are now listed but when i went into my ebay they were not there, its only allowed me to advertise 6 - is this because im new to selling or can you usually sell as much as you want?

Then again, it 'should' show up in "My Ebay" still. It's usually the search listings it takes a while to show up in.

ahh, no theres nothing in "my ebay" so thats why i wondered if you can only sell a certain amount if you have not sold much before?
Edit: then again i didn't get an email through for the ones which arem issing saying that my item is now listed

Did you get a message when you tried to list item, at the end?
If not it will be in the system and appear soon.

yeah Mav - i got to the end where it said they were listed, i think there were about 4 things i put up and have not shown up, although they all said they were listed and came up with the item number (which i didnt take as i thought i could view through "my ebay" ) obviously not

Should show up eventually from the sounds of it
Since it's overwhelming popularity it's because a little slower at updating listings etc.

I've listed 3 items for sale over the last couple off weeks. I tried to add a fourth but it wouldn't let me. I got a message to the effect that because its a new account, for security they have a limit on the amount of items I can advertise for sale

Thats what i wondered Jade if it was why they didn't show up but i got no message
Will see whats happened by tonight, been 12 hours so far, another 12 hours and i take it they wont be going up so will contact them and see about it
