But is willing to listen to offers above that amount, its rumoured to be Spurs who bid the 7 million, he said that 7 million isn't close to what he is wanting for him.

I hope he moves on for his sake and ITFC sake as we get 20% of any sale

We've made £6.4million in selling players over the last 18 months, and Newell has only ever spent £1.4million in his 3 years in charge. Nice one Bill Tomlins.

We made 1.5 million in the close season from player sales and a share save scheme, we have yet to see any of this money spent.

Apart from the 200k for Gary Roberts.

If Charlton don't manage to get Stokes, I really hope Bent stays, until end of season at least anyway!
