Been looking at either the Sony 40W2000 or 40X2000 -- anyone know of any decent deals at the moment? Empire Direct were doing a free 5 year guarantee but that seems to have disappeared

Yeah shame Empire Direct stopped their free 5 year :'( It's always when you're close to buying all the deals disappear!

I have the 40V2000 and it cost me £1999 (with 4 year guarantee). Just shows how quickly prices come down.
