Thinks its the throttle body itself , really fucking stiff !

Checked the cable by removing it from the tb , and it moved nice and free so nothing is snagged.

Really tight though , what could it be ?

put some decent lube on the hinge on the pedal.

Its not the pedal though , its the actual tb itself . Its pretty stiff to pull open
