I couldn't see what all the fuss was about. I think the only reason people go is for the brothels, the nightclub was a bit crap and there were no proper bars there.

I think its probably the brothels and the cheap beer.
Just a guess though.

So are the people who get 50p pints lying?
Or is 50p expensive for a pint?

Bullshit. No where in Prague has 59p pints.
Or maybe that should be nowhere you want to go.

Don't go to Bratislava. Well, actually, go if you want to see the coolest billboard EVER!

The rest of it's shit though. Sorry to anyone who lives there who might read this. Sorry.

European people. You only get pints in Europe in places where British tourists have ruined. You get litres in Germany if you are lucky

cheapest pint i found in prague was about 90p, and that was in KFC.
the bars and pubs are very similar to English prices

Brothels and sex shows. Thats almost all there was there. The castle was cool as was the landscape. It was almost medeterainian in a wierd way. The archetecture around the town is quite amazing too. There is a toy museum there too and a big river....
I stayed in a hostel which had no curtains, though it cost something like 15 Euros a night. (Some places take them, but most take thier dodgy currency).

Dont drink or eat in inner city pubs and clubs where the prices are similar to here due to tourists being there.
All the cheap places are on the outskirts where the average price of a pint, as noted in that link, is under a quid.
