I bought something off of ebay a couple of weeks ago, paid instantly via paypal - recieved the item, thought nothing of it.
I then fucked up, and paid some money into the wrong account, meaning that 9 days later when Paypal wanted to extract the money - they couldn't - so I recieved a bankcharge, fair enough, I fucked up - Live n' learn eh?
Now paypal still havn't taken that money from me, and in my paypal history - the payment is down as "failed". When will they take this money from me, do I have to do anything manually as I don't want to be getting fined anymore

 tbh I can;t understand exactly the problem....esp this bit:

Well they tried to take the money, and couldnt - so I got a bank charge.
They still havnt taken the money
I want to know when they will, or if I have to initiate something myself.

i'd imagine the seller will claim back from paypal and then paypal will attempt to claim the money back from your account

Well the seller got the money straight away, as thats how paypal works. Paypal pays the seller, then takes from the buyer a few days later.
I've contacted paypal, i'll see what they say

I paid for something straight away through paypal and my bank account and all went through ok..NOW 7 days later the payment still HAS NOT come out my bank account???
strange thought it would show as coming out my bank account right away?

It takes ages for it to come out of your account. Its annoying, especially if you forget about it and spend the money

thats what I was thinking..There is money there but what If I did not have any money in the account, will it still go through and pay the seller?

Yes, the seller gets his money instantly from paypal, then paypal take the cash back from you whenever the fuck they like
