Corsa 1.6 16v Sport
Few engine mods

Using this ----- http://www.pug306.net/mpg.php

I managed to achieve (using Super unleaded)

MILES COVERED - 398

FUEL USED - £37.50

COST OF FUEL - £89.9

MPG - 43.4
PENCE PER MILE - 9.42p

Quite good i thought to be honest.

Bearing in mind the car is stripped and most of the miles were with one passenger - Very economical driving.

Interesting - considering i usually get around 320 miles to a tank.

I did cheat to be honest.

I was REALLY careful about changing gear, mainly dual carrageway, fast a road miles sitting at 55mph not over 3k rpm.

Just wanted to check what it can do - i was impressed to be honest considering its due for a service as well

I'm the same - so I don't know why mine is so economical as I do around 500 miles a week around town (some out of town as well) - which is normally full of traffic and roadworks - i hate where i live for this

I let it rev as well as it stops the valves from dropping. Not to redline though.
