Bascically opened a contract with carphone warehouse, then just before my contract ended I rang o2, and said I wish to cancel as costs too much.. so she gave me a good deal and a new phone and job done.
But.... I just had carphone warehouse ring me saying its time for my upgrade.. so could I get a free phone from carphone warehouse, aswell as the one I got from o2? Do they share information? He wants me to go in to upgrade on Saturday but will he know o2 sent me a phone etc?

K2, i think from what youve said youve upgraded through carephone warehouse but for some reason they've not updated on the computer etc and rang you for an upgrade. don't upgrade again else you will have 2 bills a month

From what i've read into this; no you can't you've opened a 12 or 18 month contract with o2 now, if Carphone warehouse upgrade you it means going into another 12 or 18 month contract which would mean you have 2, not what you want.

you confused every1 by saying you got your phone through o2 when you got it through carephone warehouse ON o2

if they contact you again from carephonewarehouse tell them you have recently upgraded so wtf are they ringing you for. i bet they will soon stop calling.
if they are ringing from o2, voda, phone4u, etc just tell em to G T F youve just upgraded.

O2 direct and O2 carphone warehouse are completely separate and have different billing systems and different customer services. You cannot upgrade direct from O2 if you are with carphone warehouse so you have upgraded with carphone warehouse customer services instead. If you do try and upgrade in store your details will come up on the system and show that you are ineligible straightaway im afraid.
