SDB Type A Manifold i am getting 1 my self before i get my exhaust made to match.

Astra MK2 GTE 16v 2.0L XE
Fast road Exhaust manifold

This Exhaust manifold has been designed as a direct replacement for the standard version. The primary and secondary pipes are enlarged in diameter and length. This manifold gives a good increase in power (approx. 6-8BHP when used with good quality exhaust system) from 2000 RPM.

those sbd ones can be had a lot cheaper direct from the manufacturer, BTB I think they are called

btb will only make a 4-1 where as the sbd/btb is a 4-2-1 cos they are made under license for sbd
