hi i have cobra monaco s buckets and i am thinking of selling them tonight with harnesses and the home made bases! just because the buckets are so uncomfortable! sore back etc! i can get a pair of calibra leathers 2morrow for 60quid just need advice wot u think yay or nay am i getting a gud price for my buckets at 170 including the harneses! and do calibra leather look nice in front? thanks jay

cobra monacos are shite imo. worst bucket seats I have tried.

well you will be up in cash if you sell and calibre leathers. if its hurting your back then you have to change

i have corbeau forza sports and they are spot on, must admit tho when i first got them i occasionally got back ache

if they are hurting your back then they are affecting your driving so get rid of them. but if they look nice and you can handle them, keep them.

Ive had monaco's before and agree they are very harsh on the back.
Have now got the cheaper cobra clubmans and they are far more comfy imo.

so keep buckets u think? these leathers arnt in best condition but they wont take much to get in good condition just a slight gash in the drivers one which i think cud be sewn back together as its just come away!

yerr think im going to go for the leathers! just sick of no body being able 2 get in back and the harness straps in way! and im going 2 be a dad soon so cant have bukets ne more really!

i'd try selling them for a bit more then save a bit for some nice reclining bucket seats. fixed buckets aren't there for looks or comfort, they are light weight race seats. Don't get the calibra leathers as i think they look shit. but thats my opinion.

If they are the ones i'm thinking of yes, do they have the fia stamp on the side???

But they are just cheap ones.

Get some nice recliners, or just sport seats, the calibra leather looks pooh.
