I still have a feeling it will go through, but according to SSN Gillet has come back with a much better offer, not just cash but also to do with the ground and funding players.

They had a deal agreed in principal with Moores, but when they met yesterday he couldnt get a deal finalised with the board so DIC could make a formal offer to all shareholders.
I bet Morgan has had something to do with it
