not the lube but shockies....

Looking for a cheap set of shocks for the estate just to tighten it up a bit and the fact that my current shockies might aswell be made of elastic bands...

Anyone had much experience with the KYB range?? It would be the excel g ones I'd be going for..

Before I get everyone telling me to buy konis etc, i'd love to but I'm not willing to part with that sort of cash..

As far as I know, they're just a direct replacement (ie. standard damping rate), but new, so they'd be better than whatever you have now either way.

I had KYb shocks on my 1.6 sport with -40mm srpings and was all good....Thay are a decent shock..

Sure they were uprated or something..

Superb shocks imo. I've got the uprated gas ones on my Corsa (they do a couple of different models, inc standard rated), with Apex 40mm springs. Really good set-up, firm but not harsh. Shocks are cheap too, get some bought

As said above they do a few diff versions..

They have basic replacements which are mega cheap but they also do slightly uprated ones.. Think al order a set 2moro.. Only 75 quid for a full set for the bus.. ideal!

i payed £15 for a pair of rears once.......they didnt seem too bad for an OE replacement shock

get the KYB AGX shocker. its a cheap uprated shock but it has adjustable damping.

Links to suppliers dave, I saw them on the KYB sie but couldn't find anywhere that sells them..
