Well done a wee bit over last wee while...
Hopefully will be finished next week...
Got to buy Coffee table / rug / new light and wallpaper for fireplace wall only yet...(yes Jade not decided yet )
Doors had 3 coats and woodwork had 2 needs a wee sand and one more still
Coving and roof finished.
there is still stuff on the glass of the doors to be taken off when we are finished
New radiator fitted
One more coat on woodwork
Paint the 3 walls - classic cream
paint fireplace - classic cream (it's stone)
wallpaper fireplace wall
curtain rail and curtains up
fit new light
buy the things listed above and jobs nearly done...

There will be plenty..Taking awhile due to my shifts..But woodwork will be finished tomorrow then it's just the walls, so all going well finished next week.
then I can start on next room Bathroom / hall and still plenty more stuff...Want to do the kitchen walls and floor again..

Well just been on phone to Karen and she has gave fireplace 2 coats of paint, walls / woodwork should then be finished monday/tuesday so we really need to get out arse in gear and pic some :lol;

Want to come and finish mine?
Had house a year now and i still need to tidy up the painting round the coving, re do the skirting, paint every door frame, every door, paint the bathroom walls, ceiling, apply skirting, paint skirting, paint hallway, finish bedroom 2, repaint ALL skirting in every room, sand and paint staircase....
Not to mention putting fence up in the garden, resetting the steps, returfing the whole thing, laying new pavement and repainting the outside of the house
... who said rennovation was ok? ... me? Well im a ejit.
worth it inthe end when we have 20 - 30k deposit for next house thou i say through gritted teeth...
PS - i like it mav u have alot more patience than me!

Ally you've still got a bit to do then!
I've just got back from my Flat. Have been there since 07.30 this morning. Did have a hour off for lunch tho! I'm just working flat out to get mine done now!
Left for me to do is: Fit Kitchen, redecorate store cupboard/ study (its huge!) decorate hall since its been plastered and deorate spare bedroom since its been plastered. Need to fit swicthe covers and plug covers.
Ally my mates keep asking me why it isn't done yet! I don't think they realise how much work is involved in redoing a 2 bed flat!
Will get ics up soon! Oh yeah need to sort carpet throught too!

When living room finished that will be 5 rooms down...plenty to go for me

It does take time, you've got kids too.
I find it hard ennough balancing work, and the girlfriend around DIY.

yeah 2 kids / wife and full time job...takes time but getting there....
Once living room finished
Bathroom, full thing..
Convert large cupboard into downstairs toilet.
New staircase and upstairs and downstairs hall
and want to redo kitchen walls and floor
also get back of house painted and garden better..
Already had new front door and front of house painted too..
Doing not too bad, been in 9 months...
