Went to open my bonnet last night and the white lever snapped off
How do I put it back on?

Think you have to replace the whole cable, I tryed to get a handle for mine and vauxhall only supplied the lever, cable, and the black bit that snaps into place under the dash. £15 i think it was and a 15min job fitting it

yes thats what im talking about, its a whole unit attached to the cable going right through then engine bay to the bonnet release

+ if its snapped because its getting tough or its old than i would change it anyway as it was ready for snapping somthing.

The lever has only come off, I doubt the whole wire will need to be sorted
But I REALLY need to open the bonnet now, there is too much salt on the roads at the moment, and I was squirting de icer at my screen this morning, whilst moving

I did this recently, just went down vauxhalls and got a new cable, wasn't expensive. In the mean time, use a set of mole grips to grab the wire thats left.
