what is the best manifold and size pipe for my 20xe exhaust system. the pipe is 2.25 and the moment with a standard manifold. i am thinking of getting a bigger bore manifold (4-1) or (4-2-1) and a 2 1/2 inch pipe will this be better of worse and what manifold should i get.

also where can i get.

kent cams (fast road) and pullys.
engine management.
air filter
