I have got the brake pads n caliper off but the screw in the disc is a bitch and is dead tight. Any advice on getting it out?

Screw driver? but make sure its the right size as there very easy to round off

Put a screwdriver on it, and then tap the end of the screwdriver with a hammer. It may loosen it.

If not, whack a big flathead into it and raum it off.

i drilled mine out and ground the little stub off, there really is no need for it

I was also forced to drill mine, on both sides.

I always use copper grease on the screw when fitting to avoid this happening in the first place.

I never refit the screw. its only on there to hold the disc into position during assembly at the factory.

usually they need to be drilled out, not difficult to do.

Done it now, thanks anyway used the tap the screw method with a hammer, had to get new screws tho lol.

Got me new dippled and groove brake discs on now thank god. Just need to get some sports brake pads cheap lol saving for holiday so couldn't go all out so ave just put new standard pads on.
