They do work, and give impressive gains. Ignore the 141 BHP. That is utter rubbish.

not the same as a mantzel or dbilas in any way, they are cheap boxes that cost £50 to put together as a kit. nowhere near as good as a dbilas or a mantzel as no actual design work has gone into them and the ones I have seen have been a bit flimsy.

yea believe they are, this dudes local to me and it HAS been properly developed, bubblevaux will vouch for it and also they seem to keep a nice induction roar rather than loosing the throaty sound completely..

lad round here has one on his and it goes well for what it is!

That looks like the Velos Tube, I had one on my x16 and made 131bhp with it.

nope.

but 4 were designed before this one, and this one gives brilliant gains.

ask m17tty and monster off here. they have both had them on their corsas and they seem happy with results. the car in the picture is a 1.4 x14xe with full exhaust and this powerbox. leaves x16xe's for dead-anybody around these parts will vouch for this.

not as fancy as dbilas no. half price though and build quality is fantastic.

how anyone can claim they have properly developed an inlet manifold without flow testing it firstly by itself, then with a lower inlet, then fitted to a cylinder head, then each component individually tested

I understand its a cheap inlet box but no real design work has gone into it as far as pulse tuning.

i replied "nope" to it being properly tested etc

it bolts on and gives extremely noticeable power gains, which is acceptable by most people.

just because it hasnt had 1000's spent on mapping and all other associated bollocks, dont mean its crap or whatever.

face it-its £200 quid and gives good gains.

yeah i think im gonna fit one, bubbles right the 1.4 round here goes like fook i reckon it'd smoke me easily enough (x16xe, catback exhaust system, drilled and de-restricted airbox and k&n panel filter)

if i get 10-15BHP without a remap i'd be a happy chappy!
