... had your engines re-conditioned before u put them into your corsa?
i've sourced a engine that done 89k on it. is it worth getting it re-conditioned?

Haven't done a conversion but personaly I would. The idea of doing a conversion is to increase the cars performance so surely you want the engine to be running at its best and be reliable?
So yeah, I would!

don't bother just do the basics filters plugs water pump and timing belt kit.
I would only look to pull it apart if i were going to upgrade parts

i wont be bothering when mine goes in, just going stick it in, timing etc, oil etc, and thats it

totally depends on how the engine was running when it was removed, some engines can be fine well over 100k, others can be running shite after 50k

do everything you can do the engine before it goes in, theres so many issues you can face if your engine is goosed.
