hi there ive been lookin to insure my cora as ive not passed my test yet does anyone know the best company to go to ive got 1350 for my 1.4 from quinn direct and tried confused.com and moneysupermarket.com and ive been getting premiums of 2800 and thats with my dad on it whos got very good NCB and ive tried it without anyone else on my insurance and its getting frustrating so all comments welcome cheers people

stay with quinn if i were you, will work out cheaper if you follow every1 else down the road down the modified route. i rang the other day to check on what my premium would be with a 1.6 sport engine, and they said 500euro extra, they just treated it like a new car not a modification

If your going on your dads policy try NFU ( national farmers union ) 608 quid on a saxo VTR im 19 mum is 48 1yr NCB 1 SP30

Im with quinn direct (think thats how you spell it ) and its costing me £1300 for my 1.4 16v sport. this is my own policy and is fully comp. dont know if its good but its the best quote i found when i bought the insurance

mate if your still lookign for insurance i found a decent one for young drivers, its called 17-40. done a quote for my corsa 1.4 (bog standard not even alloys :lol dropped by £800 as im paying £1,600 atm so im going to go with these when my renewal is up!

Im with swinton cheapest i found when i passed my test, added my girlfriends as a named drive who has 2yrs ncb and it brought the insurance down for some reason

Direct Line are always the cheapest but you cant Mod until you 25 Quinn are normally the best if you follow all of us down the modding road! They hardly ever add anything and they give you a nice ICE cover too!!

Direct line quoted me over £2200 for insurance on my 1.4 8v when i got it last year
