Driving to take my Mrs to college today and all of a sudden the car just stalled and started jumping all over the road.. I pulled over and turned the ignition of and then back on.. The engine management light was turned on but the car started fine.. I drove down the road and it did the same thing.. Turned it off again and back on and the engine management turned off and its been fine since... Just had it serviced and have just changed the cam belt etc.. Everything was fine on the service otha than sundries Any ideas?
Cheers Guys

could be any number of things
best is to do the paperclip test and diagnose the fault code(s)
which can be found at http://www.topbuzz.co.uk/ under 'information' then 'technical guides' and 'reading ECU fault codes'

to get code read?
prob £30 to read code, and £70+ to check its corusing the problem plus £90 for the part (if its an EGR valve) plus labour to fit the part
