I bought this car to run about in until I get my Astra GSi back, unforunately the head gasket has just gone on the car and i do not have the time, nor wish to put more money into the car to fix it.

It is a shame and i have been very impressed with how quick this car is!
I have just spent £177 on work on the car including,

New water pipe on rear of engine
Two new brake hoses
New headlight
New rear brake bias valve

It has 13 months MOT and 2 months tax

The head gasket went on the car two days after all this work was carried out.

I would break the car if there is enough interest.

1993 L reg
69076 miles
Some service history and a pile of receipts

Good points
Clifford concept 500 alarm with light activation and intelistart
Astra GTE front brakes, Callipers and drums painted red
Lowered by 60mm
Stainless steel exhaust
2 x brand new Avon tyres
Rear tyres and spare on 7mm
Oil and filter just been changed
New pollen filter
New spark plugs
New brake master cylinder
New battery
Body work spot on apart from the described in the bad points

Bad points
Dent in N/S/R quarter
Dent above drivers side door
Scratches on driver’s door
No radio in the car at the moment

You can MoT a car one month prior to the existing one expiring, and have the new certificate dated after the old one expires. No longer than one month though.

they're collecting it tomorrow. Just to clear up.. It's sold.
