For Sale.

Red dot 256 x 20 mm brakes (vented, 20 groove)
Red dot 236 x 20 mm brakes (vented, 20 groove)



neither of these have been near a car, only been taken out of box for around 2 mins to check they are ok ........... and they are perfect.

broguth these last week one pair for me and one for a friend, selling due to getting a clamp put on my wheel about an hour ago and having to pay £140 to get it off!!!

The 256 mm brakes come with Red dot fast road pads, these retail together in halfords at £160. (brakes £127 - Pads £33)

236 mm brakes come just as brakes, with no pads. they retail in halfords for £127 also.

Prices:-
256 20 groove red dot brakes, vented - £90
236 20 groove red dot brakes, vented - £60
or make offers.

are the 256 for gsi brakes or 2.0 16v brakes??

256 mm are made for the all of the GSi cars. they all had them, e.g. nova, corsa, astra, etc, except the vectra V6 obviously.

These brakes will fit any vauxhall 4 stud with 2 pot calipers (cavalier, astra, nova gsi, corsa gsi and sport, etc.)

if you dont have these calipers then pop down to the local scrappy and pick them up for like £30!!! bargain, paint them and bobs your uncle, one sweet brake set-up.

i'm so fustrated that i got clamped caus these brakes would have looks amazing behind my wheels but its just the way life goes sometimes, loads of over time for me then!! lol.

R4LY_5LG - these will fit any vauxhall 4 stud car. it says on the box! model number of 256 mm discs is XR1260 or XR1280. there the ones for the list above, i work at halfords so this isn't me blagging!! there model numbers to fit astra 2.0L 16v, corsa GSi 1.6 16v 109bhp, Nova Gsi, tigra, list is endless, basically fits any 4 stud with engine up to 2.0L 16v.

Matty_Moo_ - there the same model number in the book mate so yeah it fits them both, would be fine for 2.0L engines or below basically!!

can you tell how desperate i am to sell and get money!! lol.

model number of the 256 mm brakes is XR1280. model number for pads is XE1270


Model number of the 236 mm brakes is XR1275.

i thought there was a difference is size between the gsi brakes and 2.0 astra, cav, ect brakes. so you cant have 1 with the other??? anyone back me up on that or am i mislead?

as far as i know the model number for 2.0L astra and corsa gsi is the same! i will check when i arrive at work today and post up tomorrow.

i'm pretty sure there the same though. someone told me that the 2.0L brakes are 256x24, the ones i'm selling are 256x20, but i'll check at work today.

These are defo for a corsa gsi what ever though!!! so if yoiu want good brakes on your corsa then these are the ones!

ok, so i'm desperate to sell these brakes!!! i need the money so desperatly.

ok just checked at work and these brakes are:-
256 x 20mm brakes - up to corsa GSi/nova GSi.

236 x 20mm brakes - up to 1.4 16v.

both of these brakes will fit all vauxhall 4 stud cars.

i apologise for the wrong information given.
