1.6 16V Engine to go straight into my 1.4 sport

(decent miles prefered plus G.box / loom everything you would need basically etc etc...)

This maybe a stupid question, other then the Ecotec // NON Ecotec...

Whats the difference between the two?

I take it ill notice a difference compared to mine?

hi m8, i had a 1.4 16v eco b4 i got my gsi c16xe, it goes alot btr and the grunt is awsome. i wud go 4 the c16xe rather than the ecotec.

Thats what i thought... im not sticking a 2.0 into her because i can keep things like the exhaust set-up // manifold as it is+just bolt everything straight over or id have to mess around with strenghning everything + tha cost's more+ more+ more money so for now until xmas maybe... im 1.6 all the way

my m8 had a gsi x16xe which is the ecotec and he had problems with the egr valve, which u dont have on the c16xe engine and so ive been told the c16xe motors have 109bhp and the x16xe have 107bhp. also u dont have 2 remove the egr valve 2 fit a 4-2-1 manifold.

Well... mines already packed up... ill know doubt blank it off // put the exsisting 1 off my sport on it (if it will fit)

not to sure on year, circa 1990, cant remember the reg of the car it came out of. it has 88k, amazing condition.
