All the lights on my car have just suddenly started diming slightly when its first kicked up ive had the battery and alternator checked and there fine and the electrics tested thats fine 2, its a 1.6 sport and ive been told it could be the idle control valve because when the engine is started from cold it revs to about a grand till it get warm and this is when it happens as soon as it idles down when warm the lights stop on there is also a slight drop in revs 2 when they dim but only very slight hopes thhis makes sense to someone that can help me !
Its every light headlights backlights and dashlights

Could be a dodgy earth.
When parked up at night, with interior light on reading a map and hazards on, my interior light flashes alternating with the hazards. Was told it was a bad earth but as the flashing is hardly noticeable, not worth finding.
As long as your lights are ok when driving along, I wouldn't worry too much.
