my aunties just come in with a parking ticket, although she had paid at the machine.
the ticket must have blown over when she shut the door, so she came back down to find a parking ticket on her window.
anyone been in this situation before?
i told her to fight it obviously, but she says that she saw something on the tv recently that a couple had been in the same situation, and fought it all the way through the courts as they were that mad (obviously), but it ended up costing them £500 in legal fee's.
any help appreciated.
